Products
All products sold on Quasar are 3D-printed, hand-finished, or hand-crocheted to order in small batches. Because of this, minor variations in finish, colour, or texture between the product photos and the item you receive are normal and not considered defects.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. In the rare case a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund.
Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability), with a full refund issued.
Made-to-Order & Custom Collaborations
Some categories — large sculptures and custom crochet bouquets — are made-to-order in collaboration with independent makers, and are handled partly outside this website (via direct enquiry over WhatsApp). These items follow separate terms around production time, deposits, and cancellation, outlined on their respective product or information pages.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via India Post. Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates — and Quasar is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once a parcel has been handed over for delivery.

Intellectual Property
All original designs, product photography, and site content belong to Quasar or its collaborators and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Quasar is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order itself.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
